Hindi Course
Spanish this morning was quite boring, I admit. We read some text written in a truely illegible pseudo-handwritten font. And I sat next to Anne (aka "Uschi")... yeah, well... Mrs. Plecher said today that she's somewhat proud and happy to have me in class — me being a student who is even willing to keep on learning languages in his free-time. That was... well, embarrassing somehow. I blushed, because there are certainly some girls who think of me as a grind [Streber]. Ah well. ^^
When I went home, I saw the Hair-Girl again ("Victoria Hair-Mann", *lol*, oh my, I'm finding way to many girls cute, these days :S), she really has much shorter bangs than before... hm, I liked her old hairstyle better, I must say. Well, anyways, I went home and took a nap, for 3 hours. xD
When waking up it was time already to go to school to give my Hindi/Sanskrit (actually Devanāgarī) course. I was a little nervous because I had no idea how many pupils would come. It turned out to be only 3 pupils: Danaé and Katrin from the 10d (the grade I'm having Spanish lessons with) and Rico Feist from... uh... whatever grade. I know him from my Elvish courses from one year ago. No need to be nervous. I explained the alphabet in 2 periods and apparently Rico got quite much of it. He doesn't seem to be bad at languages, hehe... I had to hurry up a little, 'cause it wasn't as interesting an alphabet as Tengwar (at least not for the others)... Since I couldn't speak about everything (I had to skip the ligatures, numbers and some special characters). I doubt anyone will use Devanāgarī in the future. Elvish, in contrast, is still used by many to write notes in school.
Danaé told me that I didn't prepare my adverts well, I should've written less and put them around at the staircases as well... or in the lunch hall. Good idea. I *might* do a little introduction to Chinese, someday... but not in this holidays. ;)
René and
Melanie came over to ask me whether I have time tomorrow evening to go out to the US Play to play pool billard again. I wasn't really confident with that, but I asked
Anne and she will come along with us, tomorrow.
By the way, welcome to my friends-page,
waldinchen, sister of
sitopanaki. :)
