3× Party
Tuesday evening I've been at the trainstation with Katrin, René,
Michael, Tobias and Karin.
Melanie was coming home from Regensburg, where she's studying. We went through town to find a nice place but eventually ended up at the Moritzbastei, where we sat down to have a drink or two. Michael was coming from a band rehearsal, so his face was still gothically rouged (or rather noired, muha).
We arrived back in Engelsdorf at about 2 o'clock in the night and I talked to Katrin for a while... about my mysterious valentine, about René, Lisa, Michael, Alexandra, Birgit, 可爱的乌尔里克,
Laura, Kuhnt, etc. After an hour or so we decided it's cold and went to her house's cellar, where we settled down and continued talking about last year's summer (when everything was so incomplicated), about how I actually got to know them all (thanks to Mrs. Meyer and indirectly Sven Siegmund) and whether I should do another Elvish course at my former school, then about dreams... when it was already past 5 o'clock we decided to rather go home, 'cause it was late (or early)... 'twas a nice talk, though.
Wednesday I was at Alexandra's. I notice that I still haven't told you 'bout this. Now that everything's cleared up I can. In a later entry, I promise. ;)
Whatever, we first watched 英雄 ("Hero"), but she didn't like it very much. As birthday present I got a glass of nutella — cool, huh? =)
Anyways, at the evening we all had another meet-up in the city. This time with Melanie, Katrin, Michael, Patrick, Kuhnt (aka Tobias; not to be mixed up with the other Tobias), René, Karin and of course my lowness. We went to the Coco Bar, somewhere in Leipzig. The evening was quite uneventful as we were only sitting around talking (well, what else could one do in a bar?). Karin asked me to teach her some Chinese, so I taught her the most important phrases like 我叫卡林。我学习英语。我说英语。 and the numbers from 一 to 十. I must say she can remember them very well (better than Danaé) and that she seems to even get the tones right, contrary to, say, Laura. ;) Nice nice. Having experienced Kuhnt in 3D now, I must admit he's not the asshole that I had expected him to be. He was actually quite nice, though some kind of poser. I noticed that he wouldn't have been that nice if no girl had been around. But it was interesting, 'cause he's a cook and he had a lot to tell about his profession and stuff. Some of us (namely Patrick, Michael, Kuhnt and I) went home earlier, because we were tired.
Yesterday I had no plans at all. Which wasn't that bad because I took the time to bring some new/old mp3s to order. I had a few issues with some Hmong files. I also got my English-Albanian/Albanian-German dictionary (rather a wordlist) from eBay (dictionary #138). And I tried to call Caroline, but she wasn't there. Hm. Later the evening René called and asked if I'd come to Danaé. I did, and Karin and Katrin and later Patrick and Michael were there as well. I also called Lisa, who — surprisingly enough — came as well. We spent most of the time upstairs in the former room of Danaé's sister Athina, drinking stuff, eating chips and fruit salad and playing with the cat ("Mieeeeeeeeeeez!"). I also taught that funny tumbler game (the one from the Esperanto Renkontiĝo) to Lisa and Danaé, that was fun! At about 3 o'clock we brought Karin and Lisa home and went home as well.
I'm still (or again) amazed how much older Lisa aspects. Not only does she look a bit older, her speaking, acting and thinking doesn't give you a clue on her real age either. The speed of processing heard things in her mind seems to be a lot faster than of many other people.
I want to see SpongeBob and Seven Years in Tibet with Laura... :S
But today I'm off to the Eisdom, then to Steve and then to the Impro-Theater; all to celebrate Kathi's birthday. ^^
Happy birthday, Kathi! :)
And a happy belated birthday wish to Athina and
leximon (of whom I still don't know the real name).
